[dagster-pipes-rust, dagster-pipes-java] Consolidate quicktypes JSON schema specs

Now that the Rust and Java implementation both reside in the community-integrations repo, we can consolidate the type specs.

Note that the types have been updated in the Rust implementation due to some required changes. We may want these types to take precedence over what currently exists in the Java implementation.
