Multi-Day Events to Span Multiple Days

Opening this discussion to gather interest in multi-day events being displayed in a single block similar to google calendar design. This would be a large redesign and future consideration for DAKboard at this time:

Expectation being that multiday event would begin at the chronological point of first day, and span to end date like in above image sample. This would solve for concerns of multi-day events made in issue #1312

This would be a great and welcome idea. For my company, most calendar events are multi-day all day events. The way they are displayed now makes the calendar seem very cluttered. We should have the option to view our calendars just as they appear in Google Cal or iCal, etc.

YES PLEASE! this would be a very welcome change to the current display. I have many multi-day events and they are broken into separate events on the board and look bad when they are not all in the same order. Even having multi-day events at the top of all other events would be a welcome upgrade to the existing layout where they are scattered in a nonsensical order. Lets hope this gets traction.

Love this idea. My calendar is very busy and multi day events get sorted weird.
