Time simulation/state for Layout Editor (Scheduled Blocks)

Sometimes I want my screens to have blocks appear in the same spot on a screen, but have only one of them appear based on a block schedule. While this feature works, editing it can involve finding and hiding/unhiding other blocks in that spot in order to see the block I want to edit, which can be a little tricky.

An improvement to this might be to offer a control in the layout editor where we can select the following in order to "view the screen as if" it were a certain time:

• A Day of the Week
• Time of the Day

Possibly even a slider or "play" animation control to move through the week/times of day, and see how the screen will transition.
