Additional users have expressed interest in this product for integration. We have reopened this ticket to review it further and get additional input from our users.

I would like to see Zendesk support natively integrated for charts and lists - things like top ticket solvers in last 30 days or month, Volume of tickets in last 14 days, count of unsolved tickets, count of unassigned tickets, etc. We previously did this with a similar product, Geckoboard.
