Implement paid add-on for faster calendar refresh.
Just like there is an add-on cost for additional screens, would be great to see an add-on cost for faster calendar refresh.
I don't need all the features of Pro (which has a "too slow" refresh for what I would like anyway as its 10mins), so would be great to see a $5/month add-on to give 5minute calendar refresh on Plus (same price as add-on for additional screen on Plus).
