I'm just putting this here in case anyone with better css experience than mine is feeling charitable.
There's a lot of style clutter and duplication and inconsistency in this.
Some of the source demos use bootstrap. Some use material design. It would be nice if they looked in this application the way they do in the originals. I'm not sure what compromises have to be made.
I thought that one of the features of the JHipster base is that one can choose different implementations? That's a difficult premise, but awesome if someone can pull that off.
I think it would be wonder to have skins and templates like WordPress.
It would be great to see an example of CSS Grid with PWA in an app I can adapt.
