When a user is cloning a DANDI instance, it becomes meticulous to update copy (in both the UI, and Django templates) from DANDI references to references of their own project.

This GitHub Issue captures the need for a one-stop-shop mechanism to set these values when bundling the UI, as well as the Django backend.
