unable to register modem

Hello All,

After successful flash cannot get the modem EM7455 , to register to network.
(Does the firmware version look correct? It seems older but this must be autoflash default)
Setup a connection through Modem Manager GUI in Debian Bullseye.
The only information entered in the config gui is name of VISIBLE and apn of VSBLINTERNET ( tried lowercase also)
When scanning for operators i get several ID's. Initially just had a decommisioned T-Mobile sim in. Just to get acclimated with what I should be seeing.
After inserting an active sim Visible and doing a operator scan in the Modem Manager gui I did see one time a listing for 'Visible'. I never see this listing again?
Someone that is familiar with this. In the Operators,scan window every Operator shows EDGE. Is this to be expected.?
Simply don't know what I should be seeing here as this is a new connection setup for me.
