- fix bug with compilation on newer versions of Mac OS (libpgplot.a failed to build)
- added test of Mac OS build in GitHub actions
- give better error message if gfortran is not found, and just skip build of libpgplot.a and giza.mod in this case
- bug fix with pkg-config not giving the correct paths to cairo include files, despite finding Cairo on the system
