in kelley branch, misc.R line 38 drop Qc (affects 11 lines; DK will do on march 24)
in kelley branch, action should be a list (done in kelley branch)
in kelley branch, how to call super/sub function for standard things? (nice but not necessary)
merge kelley into develop

Convert Argo flag to numeric
