bug描述

有时候一句话问题并不知道在描述什么

所以请按以下格式描述问题：

wxbot -e, --edit 打开 .wechat_bot_env 配置文件，可以填写上报消息API等这个打开没反应

目前使用的版本号：（很可能最新版本已经修复了）

确实有问题，之前只测试了macos，linux和windows应该不行吧，还在排查问题
