• Wait for TCP connections from old transmitters
• If incomming connection arrives, send Bootstrap REST call to new core and validate credentials
• Make handshake with old transmitter as before
• Add RabbitMQ connection with the transmitter name
• Take incomming RabbitMQ messages into queue for old transmitter
• Handle handshake with old transmitter as before to deliver messages
• If Transmitter closes connection, close RabbitMQ connection and inform Core if needed
• If RabbitMQ closes connection, close old Transmitter-Connection
• Handle all connections with correct mapping between RabbitMQ channel and old transmitter channel
