我个人没有相关设备测试，所以并不会跟进这方面的修复……

建议看看XPS 9560 关于雷电3接口的帖子。
正确安装相关驱动后，似乎需要在开机前将设备插入雷电3接口，只有这样才能在开机后，使得雷电3接口正常工作。
并且只能在关机后才能拔下来，否则很容易出问题。

外界雷电3设备？无解，雷电3 接口type-c设备才能用，例如type-c的dell USB扩展坞可以使用

使用了绿联的一个typec扩展坞，貌似网络口不可用，usb口可用
