Describe the bug
I know this bug is very minor, but for some people with a weak device battery this can be a problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

In Android's developer mode disable animation
See animations playing in the app.

sorry for being such a perfectionist.

Leonavichus added the enhancement label
