Make the "Choose a category" field a list of items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When adding a new task, users need to assign a category to the entry by manually typing part of the category name.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be much more convenient if tapping the "Choose a category" field would cause the app to display a list of categories with it's associated color in a separate dialog, or eventually show all categories in a drop-down list. I think this would greatly improve the user experience, as choosing from a list is easier than remembering all the todo categories.
