Implement firmware upgrade

It seems we might actually have to do this in the end: some devices still get shipped with a firmware which don't support the latest app versions.

Would be happy to help on this. I worked at Ledger for 3 years on Ledger Live.
Although I'm not proficient in Rust I could at least help out fetching the correct APDUs and infos from the Ledger Live codebase (which can be hard to navigate sometimes).

Your help would be very welcome. No need to be proficient in Rust. This codebase is still pretty rough and PoC quality so i would not not annoy you with code style reviews.
