[BUG] DET gives same funding address for multiple identities

After registering a 2d identity, DET gave the same funding address, being used for first identity. But this will somehow connect those identities.

Answer Quantum in helpdesk:

"That's a bug. I have an idea on how to temp fix it though.
Go outside of the identity registration flow, and send 0.00001 Dash to that address.
Then try to register another identity.
Also if you can make an issue on github."
