Hello! I am attempting to run PEPATAC on single-end data (I previously ran successfully on paired-end data) but I am now getting this error that I don't know how to address. Can you help? Thank you!

Yes, that's interesting. I will try to run PEPATAC on this sample and see if I can identify the issue.
