Users today may adjust which locations go in which routes via an output spreadsheet (which is then used as an input to recreate maps and solutions), but this is time-consuming and repetitive if the locations have not changed much between runs. We'd like an enhancement that

  1. Takes in the previous adjusted solution as input
  2. Computes a new solution
  3. Recognizes what needs to be adjusted given the input adjustments and reproduces these changes

We could try to start from the previous solution instead as well.
