No, I haven't looked into it. The current setup on something like GCP or AWS is to set up a small VM (e.g. 4gb RAM), install docker, then clone the repo and execute "docker compose up", which means that the VM is running a long while for no good reason.
It's perfectly acceptable for a first request to spin up the VM (startup shouldn't be too slow), then have the VM shut itself down after a period of inactivity, or see what serverless/lamba functions allow for this use case.
In either case, not sure what the deliverable should be here but it could be a series of steps to follow and some cloud deployment scripts, something like that?
