Might not be an issue, but is there any way you can save the shapefile with the settings created?
I saved it as a shapefile but had to redo the settings and the clusters didn't change as I zoomed in and out?
Hope that makes any sense,
Kimberly

Hi,
the plugin writes the calculated clusters into a shapefile. The location of
the shape depends on your operating system. On linux the default location
is in /tmp/cluster_tmp on Windows it might be C:\temp or C:\tmp or
somewhere in the C:\user\xxx\applicationfiles...\ (I don't have any windows
around for testing). The plugin uses python tempfile. The shape starts with
cluster_.
To save the clusters do the following: setup the cluster, zoom to the level
you want and copy the shapefile (atleast with shx and dbf) to another place.
best regards
