Excel Notes: Another information will be showed in the edit person page - it is welcome message
TODO:
welcome message column contains the info which we store about the user or a timestamp of the manipulating with the user (processEditEPerson method)

  1. Update Eperson table, add a column welcome_message
  2. Update Eperson class + REST class, converter, tests
  3. Set welcome message on shibboleth login
  4. Create tests
