An update to this. I've tested from different instances of Restreamer which generates the same behaviour. Onwcast will pass through from OBS just fine, but will not work with a passthrough from Restreamer. What could be causing this? Is it possible that Restreamer is modifying the passthrough stream in some manner? |

I have a strange issue I could use some advice to resolve.
-I use Restreamer to multicast to many social media platforms from OBS. Restreamer is configured to passthrough and this works well, everywhere.
-I can stream from Owncast from OBS perfectly. Owncast is also configured to passthrough.
-However, if I add Owncast as a target in Restreamer, performance is terrible, like 2 frames per minute.
WORKING OBS-> Restreamer -> Any platform ->User
WORKING OBS-> Owncast -> User
NOT WORKING OBS -> Restreamer -> Owncast -> User
I've tried everything I can think of to resolve this but it just doesn't. The bandwidth between the two servers (Restreamer and Owncast) is ample because they are both instances inside the same VCN in Oracle's cloud.
I'm out of ideas on how to fix this. Does anyone have any suggestions?
