The OBO ontologies currently don't have all the terms required for the annotation of the schema for genome locations:
https://github.com/datatagsuite/schema/blob/master/genome_location_schema.json

I added some initial aliases in the context file:

@cmungall suggested looking at FALDO for annotation of genomic features and to submit the required terms to the SO tracker.
