4.0.0版本，从sqlserver-->doris，定时任务在运行一段时间后，出现同步失败，后续手动触发所有任务失败，日志无输出。

同时，还存在bug，多个定时任务在相同时间无法并发执行，只能顺序执行。powerjob和tis均部署在同一个k8s集群中。

再排查了一下，发现是powerjob-work启不起来，server可正常运行。且work有多次重启动作。
