加速环境配置：

  1. 更换 dockerfile中的清华镜像为豆瓣镜像https://pypi.douban.com/simple，可以加快速度
  2. 更换 dockerfile 中 clip 的 git 地址为csdn镜像版本https://codechina.csdn.net/mirrors/openai/CLIP.git
