The token list is not changing if you change chains with the token list open.

This actually is two bugs. The token list needs to close when the chain changes. Then when the token list is reopened, that is when the tokens should be fetched. Even better would be to fetch the tokens right when the chain is determined, that when then the user opens the token modal, the tokens will already be loaded.
