Broken since: https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases/tag/v0.128.2. Which is surprising, as that was a minor version

Mostly related to {{< link slug="supervisory-authorities"... in a variety of markdown files and then {{ partial "footer-url" (slice "/supervisory-authorities"... in layouts/partials/footer.html
