Rofi does not run aliases more than once.

Before I couldn't run aliases using Rofi, I figured it was because it didn't have access to my shell (bash or zsh) configuration.
My aliases are defined in a separate file and I imported them to ".zshrc" and also to ".bashrc".
So I found a command:
rofi -run-command "zsh -ic '{cmd}'" -show run"
That way I can run aliases with Rofi but the command only works once.

Rofi normally only executes one command and then quits.

I run a command with an alias, Example: vol 90 which is an alias for pulseaudio-ctl set passing 90 as an argument. I can use the same alias with other arguments but if I try to repeat the same command with the same argument, it does not execute. Maybe it has something to do with the history?

try with -disable-history? . What version of rofi are you running?

I'm using version "1.7.5+wayland3" with the -disable-history and it worked, but is there a way to fix it without disabling the history?

try upgrading to latest release first, this bug might be fixed.

I tested it on version "1.7.8" and it worked! The problem is that I'm using Manjaro which is still on version 1.7.5 of Rofi. I tested it on Arch which has more updated versions of the packages and it worked. Thank you.
