@daveshap Is the idea like group programming or group brainstorm sessions on Discord? |

Hey everyone, we've just had the first Community Leader meeting since opening up the ACE and HAAS projects. We've made a few decisions that will really jumpstart this community and turn it up to 11!
First, the Community Leaders are going to start using BOUNTIES on the GitHub repos to help organize not just technical work (PRs) but also conversations here on Discord and on GitHub.
Second, the Community Leaders will start creating more events on the Stages and Voice Channels to discuss technical challenges and directions.
Third, and finally, I just created announcement channels for both ACE and HAAS that the Community Leaders can use to share important updates, such as roadmaps, events, meetings, and questions for the community.
Here's our reasoning: We're at the cutting edge agents and swarms! We all noticed the pattern that there are periods of crazy progress followed by periods of nothing happening. We all noticed this for ourselves individually, but as a group (some of us have been working on agents for almost a year now). We all realized that this is a community-wide phenomenon. The antidote to this stalling progress is more dialog. This means open and unstructured conversation to discuss tough problems.
Fortunately, the Stage function here on Discord allows for FOCUS groups (small audiences) to work together while other people observe silently. Likewise, EXPERT groups (larger audiences) can discuss particularly BOUNTIES. And finally, LEARNING groups (entire community) can watch, listen, and ask questions to get up to speed.
