**System Optimization and Refinement Team (SORT)**

The System Optimization and Refinement Team (SORT) is a semi-autonomous group with a hierarchy higher than the SOB. It is tasked with:

• Regularly reviewing prompting papers on pages such as ArXiv.
• Modifying the prompts of all agents in the system, including the SOB, if a paper is found that improves the capabilities of the current prompting.
• Ensuring that the resulting system is more optimal than the previous one after making these changes.
• Uploading the general code to GitHub so that the rest of the project instances can obtain the same updates as the original system.
• Reverting the changes to the system if the changes made aren't optimal.

This team needs to be semi-AI, as with the current programming, an automated system can be created that "activates" the role of updating the system at regular intervals. This process works in the background, through alarms. The AI part of SORT is used during this process. This ensures that the system is kept updated and optimized.
