Student Reviewing Scenario

When a Student completes a scenario, they should be able to go back and review their playthrough. To do this, they would click the review button on the scenario card of the scenario that want to review, which is located in the completed scenarios section on the dashboard. When the scenario loads in, they will be able to access all the pages in accordance with their previous play through. They should not be able to make changes to any actions taken, stakeholders talked to, nor reflections answered. They should be able to see all the information in the gathered information sidebar, and navigate with the stepper as well.

We were not able to integrate all the endpoints having to do with completing and updating progress completed on scenarios. When a student revisits a scenario, as of now, the pages are not loaded in correctly.
