strange grey nodes bars #39

Congratulations for such a nice package.
I gave it a try, but got some grey nodes bars (above each real node), which I don't understand from where they come from.
I'm essentially using the same code

make_long_data.tsv.gz

Do you have NA values in your data? This might cause those grey nodes.
