Delete app_dir if discover API fails while running RAG app #425

Issue:
If discover API fails in between but app_dir is created, there is no rollback for directory creation. In that case there will be directory in .pebblo folder without proper data which might raise following warning during loading local UI:
Skipping app <app_name> due to missing or invalid file
