does this work on ios 13?

currently been trying to get it to work on my jailbroken ios 13 for about 30 minutes but im guessing its not supported? id PAY for this to be supported, the features are amazing! i have this installed on my iphone 13!

Yeah If possible that would be dope!
And also maybe the download photos without watermark etc, obviously having all the features would be cool but would be way to much effort. So the main things would definitely be download in HD without watermark, download photos etc :)
