Create runable URL

HI Team,

Just discovered ReLaX and loving it.

I would get lots of value out of the ability to copy a URL from the calculator that urlencoded() the running environment, the calculator mode and the current query. eg.

http://dbis-uibk.github.io/relax/calc/gist/f0277b2f6bca4c4e40a1ed2ae21b7dec?mode=RelationalAlgebra&query=<URLENCODEDSTRING>

That way users could put that URL in a jupyter notebook or article and the reader could click on the link and see the query executed.

Thoughts?

PR #148 must address that (except for the mode parameter). Still waiting for approval (sent on Jul, 2021).

Meanwhile, you can try out that functionality looking at:
