Example, note direction=8000207 (to Köln Hbf):

Contains ICE 946 which does not go to Köln Hbf (8000207):

http://open-api.bahn.de/bin/rest.exe/departureBoard?authKey=<KEY>&lang=de&id=008011160&direction=8000207&date=2016-04-20&format=json
