Link to the page on docs.getdbt.com requiring updates

https://docs.getdbt.com/reference/resource-configs/tags#use-tags-to-run-parts-of-your-project
or if it is more appropriate maybe on the operator doc here: https://docs.getdbt.com/reference/node-selection/graph-operators#the-plus-operator

What part(s) of the page would you like to see updated?

Customer gave feedback on this in https://dbtcloud.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/80942
They felt it would be helpful to have examples of using the + operator with tags in a dbt command. They stated that it "might be helpful to have an example combining tags and the plus operator somewhere in the docs." In their case they were using a command that both included a tag using --select as well excluded a tag using --exclude.
