feature: added wrappers for android e ios. Now shinkai-app can be bundled as a mobile app
feature: added nx commands to build android and ios. Now developers can execute
npx nx build:android shinkai-app. AAB file can be found on./dist/apps/shinkai-app-androidfeature: added CICD 0.00001 for android development. Now on each push to main we will create AAB files.
