コマンド自体の説明文章は、行頭が揃って出力されるが、フラグのUsageはそうでない
github.com/urfave/cli のどこをいじればいけそうか探してprつくる

unit testはこのあたり？ここら辺のコードをデバッグしていったらわかるかも
