I created a tine-tutor, similar to the venerable vimtutor

I created tine-tutor to play with tine a bit and because I was struggling to learn it just from the man page; despite the warnings at the start and end it's actually a fairly complete tutorial, just doesn't teach you much about extended mode outside of the bear necessities.

Maybe this is a feature request? I'd make a PR but I'm not sure where you'd want to put it/how you'd want to distribute it. If it was me I'd have a shell script to just open it up in tine.
