Request: More permission setting for better configuration.

And another request:
Implement more permissions please. I don't think it is very hard to do (atleast the tome stuff), but it'd be very usefull for admins.

Example:

• diablodrops.dd.tome.create (perm for the recipe to work or recieving items from the recipe)
• diablodrops.dd.tome.use (perm for using the tome)
• diablodrops.dd.tome (perm for spawning in)
• diablodrops.dd.socket.use (perm for using a socket)
• diablodrops.dd.socket (perm for using of the command)
• diablodrops.dd.tier (perm for using the command)

atleast the spawning and creation permission would be highly appreciated.
