Identity Tomes will not identify Unidentified items when right clicked.

So, when i get an Unidentified item. I get an Identity Tome in my hand, right click and nothing happens. If I'm not mistaken doing that should identify an unidentified item in your inventory. Anyone know what might be causing this problem?

I'm running DiabloDrops with craftbukkit 1.7.2 and there are some issue with id tome too.
I removed this plugin for now, It needs to be updated I think.
It uses some bukkit deprecated functions ?
By the way some items are too over powered, and has some enchants that does nothing (like respiration IX on a sword, it is just for helmets no ?)
