Tribes module needs to setup test Tenant upon new releases #66

When we deploy a new version of the tribes module all the image assets and configurations are missing for the default tenant

We need to update the source/scripts/deploy.js to submit the default transactions needed to setup the environment with all the images and descriptions for each tribe
