  • Let's refer to a DID Method category as a cluster of DID Methods.
  • Within a cluster, a circle of people responsible for the cluster of DID Methods will propose and decide on a very small number of model methods or exemplars (from the particular cluster) that would be spec'ed out first/most repidly. Afterwards/utlimately, all of the methods in the particular cluster would be spec'ed out following the model represented by the exemplars - either by the responsible circle or a sub-circle (possibly a single member circle).
