Describe the bug
I think since July 2024 when the Color Palette feature was added the UI lags everytime we go into the info panel by swiping up on a photo. It stops lagging if we repeat the action on a same photo more than 10 or 15 times. My device is Huawei P30 but my guess is this affects most mid-lower range devices.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a photo and swipe-up to bring the info panel.
  2. The UI should lag when doing only that action.

Expected behavior
It used to be smooth until v1.10.x and fewer versions after v1.11.x

My ideal solution:
Can the palettes be loaded after we go to the bottom where it starts with blank and loads with animation?
Is it possible to save cache of the palette for every photos?

Other than this issue it is perfect for me. I also have commented on bringing JXL support in the related topic..
