TrainBertOnCode is an example of BERT pretraining. How do I use the pretrained model?

I can run TrainBertOnCode and I can save its model. What I'd like to see is an example of using a pretrained BERT model to (1) do (post) training to create a usable fully trained model, and (2) use that fully trained model to do inference. I saw #2292 but that gives only part of the answer to my request. Thanks.
