error message about gromacs and yaml when dpgen is installed.

**when i entered "dpgen -h" to check it is installed, this error message popped up
I tried to use absolute path like such as somplace/bin/dpgen -h but error is not removed.
I already typed "export PATH=/whereverdpgeninstalled/bin:${PATH}" in .bashrc file.
but I cannot solve this problem
