These failures started with the release of unstructured==0.15.8.

Unfortunately, I haven't managed to reproduce the errors locally with unstructured==0.15.8 and the latest Docker image.

We should investigate better.

The tests have stopped failing. It may be related to the release of unstructured==0.15.9.
