After the release of Haystack 2.9.0, we should progressively refactor our Chat Generators to support Tools in a unified way.

Ollama and Anthropic should be only ported from experimental:
deepset-ai/haystack-core-integrations#1257 - deepset-ai/haystack-core-integrations#1258
